The chair features an arched padded back upholstered in tone on tone shiny and matte champagne and antique gold satin striped jacquard with double welting with ornately carved leaf arms and scroll carved seat-rail resting on four finely carved cartouche cabriole legs terminating in knurl and peg front feet.
Very comfortable and sturdy with coil spring seat. Beautiful deep carved design all around. Circa mid to late 1800s.
