Add some Swedish design to your decor with this iconic black lacquered steel and brass candelabra designed by Gunnar Ander for Ystad Metall in the 1950s. Gunnar was a Swedish architect who designed timeless pieces in brass and glass. This graceful, candelabra with six tulip-shaped brass sockets has a very modern, sculptural look with it's clean sinuous lines that epitomizes Swedish design and quality.
There is some wear to the top of the base and light loss of paint in one area as shown, otherwise it is in very good vintage condition. Normal wear throughout from use and age. The sockets are removable and can accommodate .5" tapered candles. The underside is marked with the Gunnar Ander logo, Ystad Metall, Made in Sweden.
