The method used is stone rubbing on fine paper to acheive the desired effect without damaging the fine paper. According to Mr Lancaster this started in Japan or China in the 1800's as a say of measuring and recording fish catches.
This print is of a Snapper - we think - we are not fish experts!
Expensivley framed in complimentary bluish gray wood with light gray matting, behind non reflective UV resistant plastic covering.
This print is signed and notated on the back in a silver pen by the artist himself to the purchaser. The art was given to the buyer in recognition of holding a world record!
