This Circa 1700 English Oak Welsh Cupboard , in two parts, the upper section having a molded cornice and delicately carved scrolling above two shelves (the shelves would have originally displayed prized pewter), the lower section having a rectangular top over two deep drawers and ample storage behind two 2 paneled doors and raised on square legs.
This is quite the exceptional work of hand crafted art! All the wood is hand planed and carved. Take note of the beauty of the wood as seen from the back side of the pewter gallery. The finish and patina that only 300 plus years can create is simply A M A Z I N G! less
