Antique English Georgian mahogany secretary, early 19th c.. This piece features an oak secondary, slant front opening to inset leather writing surface, fitted interior gallery with arcaded niches, small drawers, a center cabinet door with marquetry urn, flanked by concealed compartments. Top sits over two half drawers over three long drawers, each with brass bail handles and a center escutcheon. Drawers are flanked by rounded fluted pilasters, all rising on ogee bracket feet. Original lock & key, brass hardware, rosettes and drop handle pulls.
