This cutie came to me via my mom. She had used it as a planter for years and passed it on to me. I have never used it and it needs a great new home, yours perhaps? Handcrafted by Haeger Potteries sometime in the late 1930s to early 1940s, the style is most definitely influenced by the Art Deco period with its “Moderne” lines and highly glazed creamy ivory color. It measures 6½” x 3½” x 5¼” W/D/H; interior 6” x 3 ½” W/D; weight 1 lb.; medium is native clay with a low-fire high gloss glaze in ivory. In overall great condition with crazing, that is for the most, heaviest on the interior and minor on the exterior and not uncommon for pottery of this age. There is one miniscule chip on the right side of the rear foot that is mostly indiscernible (see photo #5). The original green and gold sticker remains on the front and the style number is handwritten on the bottom, pattern 367A.
