A limited edition, there are most likely few amethyst glass covered jars exactly like this fabricated in the world. The example is exhibited in the Corning Museum as part of the important Rockwell Collection in the Carder Gallery. Many of the Corning Museums pieces were gifts from Frederick Carder or from his daughter.
