It was engineered to be fully adjustable with multiple joints that allow you to adjust the height and angle of the arm as well as the ability to adjust and aim, rotate, and angle the lamp head wherever it is needed. The base is sturdy and heavy so it will never tip over. The body and arm are sleek with long lines. And the lamp shade has a gorgeous geometric shaping with an extending lever stick for easy moving. It turns on via a dial located on the base that offers two different levels of lighting: dim and bright. It's 70" + cord will allow you to plug it in with ease from almost any surface. It will come shipped with original, working frosted bulb. But if you wish to replace the bulb it takes "Max 100 Watt or smaller".
