Executed in thick hand blown glossy white opal glass, brushed brass pendant tube, white metal canopy and vinyl cord. Uses one standard e12 US candelabra bulb. This is the smallest size of the 3 sizes of this iconic pendant still produced by Louis Poulsen in Denmark.

The Radiohus pendant was originally designed in the 1930s by Vilhelm Lauritzen in partnership with Louis Poulsen for the construction of the Radiohuset building on Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, which is now home to the Royal Danish Academy of Music. It was originally used for general illumination in many parts of the Radiohuset building. And with its powerful downwards light combined with gentler illumination via the opal glass, which generate softer tones in the room, it is simply ideal for illuminating both everyday objects and more decorative items.
