Overall, this piece is in great condition for vintage chalkware (a very delicate medium, especially unglazed). Shows signs of wear on the neck and forehead (very minor scuff marks). Sadly the tip of the tail is broken and the paws are distressed. Because the piece is so stunningly realistic and full of life these signs of wear are hardly noticeable. The piece’s is signed on the tail, but the signature has started to wear off. less
