This is a wonderful, iconic mid-century wall lamp or sconce. It was UNION MADE in the USA . This was made by MAJESTIC M. S. & S. Co. Inc. U. L. approved label. It is one of three that are available. The stepped conical shade is made of brushed spun Aluminum. There is a swivel neck. The wall mount escutcheon has the on / off switch and is also brushed sun aluminum. The socket is ceramic.
There are 3 available for separate purchase.
The shade is 6" in diameter at the opening and 2.5" at the swivel. The escutcheon is 5.2" in diameter and 1" deep. When extended the lamp is 11 inches long.
Very good vintage condition. Excellent Mid-century modern lighting example. Similar to spun aluminum lighting by Russell and Mary Wright. less
