Fowler's paintings were sold at Don The Beachcombers restaurant in Huntington Beach in the 1930s/1940's. This lovely lady is a Mid-Century delight oils painted Velvet fixed to Cardboard. The Painting could easily be remounted to a different board or stretch on a frame.
