Apparently unsigned, but well rendered … Read more This is an antique portrait of a beautiful young woman. 19th century. Oil on canvas. Apparently unsigned, but well rendered as you can see in the 2nd photo. The canvas measures 28" x 23" and is displayed in a later wood and gesso frame measuring 37 1/4" x 32 1/4".

Condition: Very good overall condition. Stable craquelure and some in-painting. The small piece of paper you see on the back is not a patch, but part of a label. The frame is really gorgeous and sets this painting off nicely. Light losses to the gesso, but otherwise in good condition.
