An elegant French Louis XV style marquetry bombe chest of drawers commode from the first half of the 20th century.
Styled in true luxurious Rococo taste, featuring a shapely bombe (bombay) form solid wood case with voluptuous curves, finished in rich cubed marquetry-work and fitted with two large spacious drawers, embellished with finely chased gilt bronze ormolu mounts and angular scrolled fiolate handles, topped with a conforming serpentine-front marble top.
