Elegant teardrop chandelier made by Venini of shiny iridescent Murano glass drops mounted on a gilt-brass frame. The glass shimmers in gold-silver-platinum colors and are all in excellent condition. Much better in person than shown on the pictures.
Chandelier illuminates beautifully and offers a lot of light. A real eyecatcher even unlit. Heavy duty. Designed by Christoph Palme. Manufactured by Palwa (Palme & Walter), Germany in the 1970s.

Measures: width appr. 15.7" in. (ca. 40 cm), height including chain and suspension appr. 27.6" in. (ca. 70 cm). The chain can be shortened easily.
Lighting: takes six small Edison E14 base screw bulbs.
Wattage: we recommend up to 40w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v.
Condition: very good vintage condition. No imperfections to the glass.
We can currently supply two identical chandeliers from Palwa. One has light grey glass drops, the other amber. Price is per piece.
Wiring: the lamp has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs.
Shipping: in order to ensure safe transport, the lamp will be dismantled and carefully packed. Assembly required. We recommend expedited shipping, only. less
