This is an absolutely stunning and rare set of five (5) Watson Wilcox & Wagoner sterling silver nut/bon bon dishes … more This is an absolutely stunning and rare set of five (5) Watson Wilcox & Wagoner sterling silver nut/bon bon dishes with 24kt gold overlay. Each dish is pierced, has ornate scrolled serpentine edge, and rests on four ball legs.

The interior of each bowl has a very scrolled ornate decorative monogram, which I cannot make out, but it is beautiful! The date 1881 and 1906 rest on each side of the monogram with "Oct 5" just below.

These bowls will be perfect for nuts, candies, or mints.

~MEASUREMENT: 4" wide x 2-5/8" across x 1-1/2" high

~ CONDITION: So rare and gorgeous

~ SIGNED: These bowls seem to overlap in date. Four of the bowls are marked "STERLING ~ 757" dating them 1881-1906 (which is also marked inside the bowl), and the fifth bowl has the stamped laurel wreath and sword with STERLING and the number 757. This mark was used from 1905-1929. less
