Bought by my sister in Santa Fe, New Mexico, many years ago, it has a generous depth of 18 inches (front to back) and an ample height (22 inches in front, 27 inches in back) -- i.e., plenty of space in which to stack enough logs to warm your hearth several nights in a row. And when summer comes? It will do "double duty" as a magazine rack and look just as good. See less
