- This is a great original piece. The quality of this work is so good that I thought it would be … more This is a great original piece. The quality of this work is so good that I thought it would be easier to figure out who the artist is. The pen inscription lower right says it all. A wonderful modernist view of a landscape, probably somewhere in missouri but could be in arkansas or perhaps even a few other states. A vibrant colorful crayon drawing on paper. It is on a piece of sketchpad paper measuring 14 x 17 inches. Has the original edge tears from the spring binding. The page has been laid down on a cardboard backing. The frame looks to be original to the 1950s and is complimentary and ready to hang. This is a fine enough work that it should be rematted and framed to the level of the work. A great period regionalist work. Frame measures 19 3/4 x 22 inches. less
