This is actually a painting that has hung in my house for over a decade. Always a big fan of paris paintings as it is one of my favorite cities in the world. Known for his wonderful views of paris and france, this is one of the better works by the artist. A wonderful oil on masonite measuring 11 x 8 1/2 inches. Signed lower right. Stunning view of the important landmark building in downtown paris with the massive amounts of flowers in front with the vendors. Painting is in excellent condition with a very faint layer of surface grime. Otherwise excellent condition. Original period frame is complimentary and ready to hang. Really a great presentation. On the back of the masonite is the original label of the title of the painting. Frame measures 14 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches. less
