Richard Whalen was an American painter, sculptor and Flamenco aficionado, opening Los Flamencos de la Bodega, in the music room of the Old Spaghetti Factory on Pearl Harbor Day in 1958.
This is a fine opportunity to acquire a rare original painting by this talented San Francisco artist.
