Roman Grand Tour micro mosaic paperweight, inlaid in a verde antico green marble with a border of onyx. and a lighter green hard stone. The mosaic depicts three ancient Roman structures with columns and stairs. Condition is very good. The tesserae are very tiny, there is one tiny one missing at the bottom, really only noticeable when magnified. Circa: 1880.
