The size of the window decoration panel is 27 5/8 x 30 1/2 h x 1/4" d
However, because of the hardware to hold the hanging chains, the width needed to contain the window decoration panel must be at least 28 5/8 wide.
Each hanging chain is 21" long, so extended length is 49" high from the base of the stained glass window decoration panel to the top of the hanging hook on each side.
Please note that this is NOT a window ready for a construction site -- it would need to be placed in sturdy window frame if it was intended to be the ONLY window in a wall location - it is fitted with hanging chains so it can be hung flush with an existing window -- or free-floating in a room or wind protected patio type location... less
