Wonderful size for not only a small cake, but also ideal for chocolates, petit fours, or hors d'ouevres. Most likely English or French transferware circa early 1900s; unmarked. This charming piece will add a beautiful touch of garden flowers to your table!

We note that the pedestal base was affixed originally at angle ever so slightly out of square in relation to the top of the stand, which we chalk up to added charm. Only noticed on close inspection, and we don't think this detracts at all. Very minor light utensil markings, some wear to gold gilding around the borders, and one fine stable hairline barely visible on the top surface. less
