The fish-tail foot tripod base supports a vertical black wrought iron twist topped with four brass-tone twists crowned with a polychromed round on which sit a candelabra of five polychromed bulb insets. The painted glass bulbs are in the shape of dripping pillar candles with black wicks.

The hand-forged and blacksmith-worked iron guarantees enduring quality.

The electric lamp is in working order. A chain pull turns on the light bulbs.
