Description: We are selling this very nice early Roman glass double flask. This lovely piece has a orange to amber brown … more We are selling this very nice early Roman glass double flask. This lovely piece has a orange to amber brown color glass with some glass threading around the mouths. The double flask form features two vials that were probably used for perfumes or scents, these vials were called Alabastrons. This glass comes from a collection of Roman Glass and objects from a local Connecticut Estate.

Condition: Much of the delicate glass threads on the exterior have been lost. There is surface oxidation and crazing typical of early Roman glass.
