The center of the apron showcases the typical curvy Rocailles lines of the Louis XV period, with a central knot flanked with delicate garlands. The sides are adorned with C-scrolls resting on two nicely curved legs. As beautiful as the marble top and apron are, the attention-grabbing element is undeniably the cross stretcher, beautifully embellished with a pot-à-feu motif (fire urn), decorated on the side with linear handles.
