It features a rouge marble top, crosshatch parquetry inlay, and neoclassical gilt bronze mounts including lion and goddess masks, rosettes, reed-and-tie molding, and shell and scrolling foliate motifs. Interior measures 40.5" wide and 30" high, and is fitted with notched sides to accommodate'two, original adjustable shelves. The rear panel is pierced with a handful of holes created to accommodate'television and stereo cords.
