The second in my series of pieces devoted to land and water from above and below. Perfect size for a variety of rooms, fresh and clean lines with a bright presentation, ready for the frame of your choosing (.75" depth) or hang as is with the drips of paint on the sides, so you know it's the real thing and not a print or giclee.

Lighten up a traditional room with a pop of linear shapes and saturated color. This piece has ten layers of washes/paint, and some texture from the natural fiber rope that was fused into the piece with molding paste (left side). The rope suggests that boats may be nearby without adding shapes and complicating the composition. This piece is would look great in any room and I'm thrilled with the finished results.
