Wow! This 1920s Mengel child's wagon is in stunning condition for its age, making it a fine collectible. Mengel produced toys out of Louisville, Kentucky. This wagon is one of Mengel Playthings rarer toys and does not come to market often. This one is in particularly eye catching condition and is perfect for display!
The wood, finish, logo are all well preserved. The original paint still covers the handle and most of the wheels. There is chipping to the paint around the rims of the wheels. A screw in hook was added at some point to the front side of the body, which penetrates through a small section of the logo.
The wagon body measures approx 12" x 6" and 6" from the top of the body to the ground. The handle will be detached for shipping. less
