This box has two well done chicken figures on the lid, one a rooster made from several metals with fine engraving the other a hen with fewer metals, the scene is signed in the lower left with engraved Japanese signature. The box is signed for esteemed maker Nogawa Noboru on the base of the box. The box has taken a large damage and has two damages on the front right corner.

Condition: Two damages to the front right corner of the box.
