This is a French Art Deco interior design lithograph that came from the 1925 collection of Interieurs en Couleurs by Leon Deshairs. This collection featured room designs that were shown at the Exposition Des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. RARE and highly collectible. This image is a design for a room detail of a bedroom. It showcases an armoire, a folding screen, club chairs, and a lamp. Note too the wall paper! It is a room deign by Louis Signot, best known for his Art Deco and Cubist aesthetics in his designs. The lithograph is initialed in stone by Boris Grosser (bottom left corner) who was the artist of the original aquarelle. This design lithograph is original to 1925; it is NOT a recent reproduction. The image has a beautiful painterly quality with excellent color and detail. Pristine condition. Clean borders. Design plate measures 9.75 x 13 inches; Image size is 7.75 x 9.
