Striking Signed 1990’s Large Postmodern Studio Piece Decorative Plate. Wired for hanging.
Very deep charcoal grey, almost black low sheen field with mauve stripes and high glaze navy stripe, all set at an angle on the plate.
Modern and moody, tone on tone look.
Plate back is angled so that it hugs the wall when hung, although it also makes for an interesting piece when placed flat.
Measuring 14.5” in diameter.
Created in the 1990’s by postmodern ceramic and glass artist Mike Juetten of Tacoma, WA.
