Description: A trio of china plates made in England with the rare aqua color of the rim give these three Royal … more A trio of china plates made in England with the rare aqua color of the rim give these three Royal Winton Luncheon plates an old and new beauty. The plate is square, the deeper center is round and white. The plate is framed by a 1.5-2 inch flat aqua rim, accented in gold around the outer plate rim and a fine black defining the inner edge. The outside edge has subtly curved sides and corners. The 6 inch white round center of the plate has 3 inch richly detailed fruit picture. Each plate features a different fruit, a peach, apple and strawberry, on a background of grapes, blueberries, leaves and branches. This back stamp, with the A, was used by Royal Winton from 1941 until 1950. Theses small plates are perfect for serving petit fours or they would be beautiful on the wall of any room. less
