This is a rare china pattern by Rosenthal-Continental and designed by Loewy. The pattern is called concentric circles in a taupe color with gold trimmed edges, pattern number R1998. There are enough servings for twelve with a creamer, sugar bowl, and oval platter there are 63 pices in all. The era of the china is from the fifties to the seventies, mid century modern design, and is discontinued.
This particular china set was very hard to find on any look up. It is of connected circles or infinity circles. The china is in really good condition for its age minimal wear of being used sparingly.
