This large 24" x 36" Pop Art / still life photographic color print is by designer/artist/photographer Joseph Fountain. Originally shot on 35mm film in the year 1999, he used the original technique of 'cross processing' (shooting on positive film, then processing it as a negative) to achieve the over saturated surreal colors. The goal in making this image was to capture a mundane everyday object, in this case a bottle of dishwashing soap, in a way that gives a new elevated perspective.
