Marcel Breuer's classic B3 design, named after his close friend, painter, Wassily Kandinsky. This pair were released by Italian manufacturer, Gavina. As stated earlier, chairs are marked Made in Italy. With heavy gauge leather and a slight curve to the sled base. Smooth flush tube ends prove quality. Natural vintage wear with black enamel slightly chipping on handrest, leather in very good condition.This lounge chair features a tubular frame in matte black instead of standard polished chrome. Originally inspired by bicycle frames Breuer created this design in 1925.
