The original upholstery looks good with minimal wear consistent with age (i.e. discoloration, light staining, etc.). The original foam has broken down on the seats and backs. The seats are still usable but we offer the option to rebuild and / or re-upholster the the set prior to check out. The cost for labor is $60 per chair plus client supplied fabric.
