The clean, minimalist lines in the scalloped edge give the tray a style that will fit in beautifully with any pattern of china or silver. The measurements across the handles are 23"w x 15"d x 0.75" high at the rim and 1.50" high at the handles. The inside surface measurements are about 18"w x 12.5" d. The handles are attached at a nice angle to allow for a firm but comfortable grip. The tray has never been monogrammed. The hallmark is Sheffield, England, 1926, and made by George Howson - Harrison Brothers & Howson. I purchased this tray from T. J. Evans; Portobello Road; London, England, about 15 years ago. less
