This monumental antique European religious lithograph by artist F. Courtin depicts 'Jesus Comforting the Daughters of Jerusalem'. Lithograph printed by Gérard René Le Villain, in Paris at Noël Publisher. It is very much in the 'shabby chic' genre with a frame that has taken a beating giving it that old world air. *There are two more lithographs in this series of three for sale in my store in case you are interested in making a statement wall hanging.
