Pair of French, Hollywood Regency opaline and paint decorated table lamps. Noted for its rich iridescence, opaline resembles Mother of Pearl with its milky opalescent luster, as seen in these exquisite lamps.
The opaline with the black backdrop adds glorious sheen and the design of the Goddess brings femininity to the masculine form and color of the lamps. The shades are embellished with an ornate design as well. A wonderful mixture of masculine and feminine design. Each was opposing images of a dancing lady with scarfs.
