Artist Biography:
Frank C. Dill was born in 1910. He was a Houston, Texas painter. Frank exhibited at the 1937 Annual Southeast Texas Artists Exhibition in Houston. He is listed in Powers' book on Texas artists and Grauers' Dictionary of Texas Artists. Frank C. Dill died in 2000.
