Out of the 50s come these pieces of Vernonware made by Vernon Kilns in California. The pattern name is "Raffia." They are hand-painted, underglaze. The primary color is a light green with brush strokes in various other colors to include reds, browns, dark greens. These pieces are in outstanding condition with absolutely no chips or cracks. A wonderful opportunity to add to a set you already have.
This listing is for the 10 piece set pictured in photo # 1. It consists of the juice/milk pitcher, the gravey boat and plate, the covered butter dish, and 4 stacking bowls. The pitcher measures 11 1/2 inches tall. Its diameter at the widest point is 6 12/ inches and if you add the handle, it's 8 1/2 inches wide. The capacity would certainly be 1/2 gallon. The creamer is 8 inches in length (tip of handle to spout), 3 1/2 inches across, and 2 inches deep. The butter dish with the lid is
