This is the ultimate pop of color for a living or office space. (It is like a bouquet of fresh flowers without the maintenance.) It is a vintage Chinese export polychrome glazed and parcel gilt "Bangchuiping" or rouleau vase. It was made in China, around 1920-30. This is one of the nicest auction pieces we acquired in 2020.
It has an elongated neck and cylindrical tapering body with vivid foliate decoration. The underside is marked MADE IN CHINA with characters.
It is 24 inches high.
