The glass bubbles were mouth blown and painted in West Virginia, while the aluminum cuffs were hand spun and painted in Brooklyn, NY. A colorful festive piece that celebrates the ingenuity and talent of the American artists and craftspeople that went into the creation of this piece and many like it. See less
