They are original to 1951 and NOT modern day reproductions. They originally appeared in a French haute couture magazine from 1951. They are creations by iconic designers: Christian Dior, Jacques Fath, Balenciaga, Robert Piguet, Germaine Lecomte, Marcel Rochas. Done in black, white and shades of gray tones, they take on a wonderful shadowy, soft, romantic quality. They will make a real statement as a grouping in any home decor. Pristine and clean. They are in rare horizontal form each measuring 8.5 x 8.5 square!
