This is a "Cries of London" Lidded Biscuit Barrel Jar with leather-wrapped Wicker Handle. Made in England in 1930 by Crown Ducal. (See photo of stamp on the bottom.)

This beautiful and colorful piece measures about 5-3/4" tall, 7-1/2" from handle to handle, and 4-1/2" across at the top. It is in excellent vintage condition, right down to the leather wrapped handle, as you can see from the photos. less
