Offered for sale is this large mixed media tissue paper collage painting. This abstract painting reminds me of a landscape or a rocky seashore. The canvas has blue, green, beige/brown, black, and white torn tissue paper glued to the painted surface. I can not find a signature or date, however, this was purchased from a mid century estate and it appears to be vintage. The style of this painting reminds me of Helen Frankenthaler because of the colors, fluid shapes, and natural inspiration.
