Wu Fu Peng Shou medallions framed with two, green, Fu Bats (instead of five) are quartered on the body of the brush pot amid peaches and branching floral medallions. A band of green Ru Yi lappets circles the top, just below the gilt rim. A band of green, stylized, ocean waves decorate the foot. A red, six character, Daoguang reign mark in Zhuanshu script is glazed to the inset base. Circa early 20th century, no later than mid century. less
