It is marked "Pompe Leotard", the makers name, "Brevetee SGDG" meaning that the design is patented by the French government but the efficacy of the design is not guaranteed by the government, "Beziers", town of manufacture, and "No 4" indicating that is it the largest size. It has been professionally restored in France and was found near Bordeaux. See less
