Impressive very fine 19th century French Empire/Egytian Revival marble clock with Egyptian inspired doré bronze Ormolu-finely detailed gilt bronze chasings of swans and Egyptian figures with a Bronze after sculptor Bayre, lion and snake perched on a rock sculpture atop, with a beautiful pair of matching marble garnitures with the same very fine detailed gilt bronze ormolu trim.
The clock was conditioned a few years ago and is in good working condition with the key. clock--16 H x 12 W x D. garniture- 9 H x 5.50 W x 4.50 D.
